You wish to run your first race or are you looking to run a « chrono » over 5km or 10km distance such as the Escalade race, Tour du canton, 10 km of Lausanne…
I will work with you to improve your technical skills and advise you on optimal training methods and how to best improve your physical preparation.
In addition to coaching sessions, you will receive a personalised training plan that is adapted your life style, physical condition and objectives.
Sessions can be held during the week or on weekends between 6am and 10pm in Geneva and in its surroundings.

Let’s meet for a first check-up to analyse your previous and current training and results so as to efficiently plan your training and progression for the chosen distance.
I offer coaching sessions, which include technical advice, field tests, and a detailed analysis of your training methods combined with a specific physical preparation so as to be well prepared for your next challenge.
In addition to the coaching sessions, I will send you via e-mail a personalized training plan that is adapted to your running expertise, your life style and of course your chosen distance.
