AMATEUR

You recently started practicing sports. You’ve been practicing sports most of your life on a regular basis and in participated in competitions. Today you wish to bring your performance to the next level with an adapted physical preparation. Let’s meet to assess your current performance and your objectives.
No matter what level you have in your discipline, an adapted physical preparation will enable you to develop strength, speed, coordination and endurance.
As a qualified physical trainer I will meet with you for a first evaluation and propose tailored sessions adapted to your expectations, physical condition and the progression required to meet your objective.
During these sessions, your physical trainer will give you advice on techniques and methods of strength training.
In addition to the coaching sessions, you will receive an email with a personalized training plan that will take into account your availability and your expertise in your discipline.
Sessions can be held during the week or on weekends between 6am and 10pm in Geneva and in its surroundings.
