You wish to get back into shape ?

As your personal coach, I will develop tailor made workout sessions of 1.15h each based on your physical condition and your personal objectives.
Together we will establish your progression according to the type of workout session you choose :
  • General muscle strengthening and sculpting exercises or on chosen body parts with or without sports equipment
  • A « fitness » type session with or without music, including cardio training
    + Muscle strengthening like "Legs, Bums & Tums" or body pump workout
  • General muscle strengthening with Swiss ball exercises and TRX
  • Stretching, agility, back strengthening exercises and relaxation
Sessions can be held during the week or on weekends between 6am and 10pm in Geneva and in its surroundings.

OUTDOOR

You enjoy outdoor activities and you wish to get back into shape close to your home or your workplace ?

As your personal coach, I will develop tailor made workout sessions of 1.15h each based on your physical condition, your availabilities and your personal objectives.
Together we will establish your progression according to the type of workout session you choose :
  • A session type « circuit training » which offers general muscle strengthening combined with cardio workout by linking different exercises that work on a variety of muscle groups
  • a « CrossFit session » with exercises to be performed only with the weight of your body and equipment adapted to your level
  • Muscle strengthening with TRX suspension training allowing an adapted workout level
  • a « Fitness Fight » session to work on general body strengthening by using a variety of fighting exercises
Together we can adapt your workout sessions and combine different training methods.
Sessions can be held during the week or on weekends between 6am and 10pm in Geneva and in its surroundings.
